Thank you for your services. When husband went to check in to hotel, they didn't have his reservation. I called InIdaho and you immediately called our hotel to see what the issue was. I was put on hold while you called the hotel. Your staff came back on to tell me that she had been put on hold and I waited. Your staff came back on and said the issue was resolved. I appreciate InIdaho staff very much. Very professional and excellent customer service. |
