Comments: Even though the web site showed the 21 ft. performance ski boat to be an 8 man, your staff told us 10, even after we pointed out the inconsistency. It ended up being quite crowded. I also think information such as where you meet an hour ahead of time would be helpful. Last winter we waited out in the woods for the snowmobile rental. This year when renting a boat, we noticed no info. was on your site on where to meet for that - but as past customers, we knew to go to Cheap Thrills. We would have appreciated knowing the rules for what you can bring on the boat helpful ahead of time as well - i.e. - no pets, no soda, life jacket requirements since they vary by state, and other general info. first time renters may not know to ask. I realize your site may not have room for all this, but provided links on boating safety and laws would work.Your staff was very friendly and helpful when I called - thank you!
