Comments:
We had issues with booking our reservation. I did not get a reply to my email after I got notified that our credit card would be billed the full amount when 1/2 was supose to be billed to our friends that went with us. our friends verified that their card had been charged and ours had been charged but was going to be charged again. We called about 3 times to talk to Jami Kimble and she didnt even remember emailing or talking with us. This made it very stressful for us since we were on vacation at the time and was working on a budget. If we had been charged then it would have ruined our vacation by not having enough money to finish it. In the end it all worked out but im not sure I will use your company next time since employees have a hard time remembering anything about their customers conversations and made our experiance stressful.
