Comments: The booking at InIdaho was fine as usual but the pick-up (key and directions)at the agent's office on 3rd street was not. We were greeted by a sirley and short tempered person who told us that instead of the place being ready at three, it would be at least five until it was ready. You pay a full day so you'd think that you could get the house on time. This was a first and hopefully the last time this happens. We are working out of state and look foreward to spending some time back in Idaho and would rather not start it off that way. InIdaho Ed. Note: Sometimes the renters that check out the day you arrive cause this problem. It is very seldom, however.
