Chris’s friendly, cheerful voice answered my call at InIdaho. I had book-marked the location in my computers at my office and at home because of previous satisfactory experiences. When I requested the room for my wife at Inn America, I explained my concerns about her physical limitations and being alone. He reassured me that he would issue specific instructions with the reservation, noting that he had assisted us only last October. In brief moments, the availability was affirmed, and the reservation was made, and later confirmed by e-mail. He was helpful, efficient and professional, but not without being very personable. He sounded like a man who liked his job, and knew how to do it very well… so refreshing in a business world of bungling, disinterested people who just don’t care what they do or if they serve you well. Now, THAT is how I like to do business! |
