Comments: In Idaho was great to use and to work with: however, there were many disappointments with the condo arrangements which I have already expressed to the staff at In Idaho. The swimming pool was not usable all week due to a heater switch problem. Also, there was major construction in the condo directly below us including constant pounding, sawing and loud voices. At times there were workers heads directly at the level of our deck because they were installing a window directly below us. We were understanding and tried not to let it bother us, but if I had known these things ahead of time, I probably would have tried to choose a different place. I really feel that, under the circumstances, some compensation is in order. I would use In Idaho again because they were helpful, knowledgeable about the rentals and quick to respond. Thank you!
