Comments: We had our reservations changed twice and we didn't even know about the second change until I called to pay the balance 2 weeks before our reservation. I was told we were moved to a place that was "definitely" an upgrade. Other than being on the lake, It was not a better facility. I've never had any complaints with your services in that last 4 years and I will most definitely use you again. My trust level is not so good and I will probably do a lot more checking up on my reservations in the future.
