Comments: Following the trip i sent an email to the woman in my email system, she had made the activity reservation. Included in it were comments and some minor problems. I never heard back, and would have liked at least an acknowledgement. Also, would have been nice to have an acknowledgement that the unit had been checked, there was no damage and therefore no damage expenses to be charged.
