Comments: We were promised that the driveway would be plowed well enough to allow 2 wheel drive vehicles. We spent the first night choppping the ice from the driveway and carrying luggage from the road down to the house. They wouldn't send a sanding truck til the next day. I know you can't control the weather but plowing and sanding would have allowed us in and out. I believe we deserve a partial or whole refund for the 1st night as that day could not be enjoyed but was spent working. We even had to go buy our own salt.
