Comments: I made the reservation, but was learly about it because I never had the dates read back to me. Plus I had to give my credit card over an instant message. So I called the hotel directly and they had the reservation wrong and I was quoted a different price from the hotel directly (lower) So I was glad I called. I didn't like that I had to feel like calling the hotel direct to make sure the rep did it right, but I am glad I did!!!
