Comments: Just a couple suggestions. When someone calls to book reservations, it would be a good idea to ask them how many nights they are wanting to stay at a motel before going to check room availability. It would save them coming back to the phone to hear that additional nights were needed. (Maybe I was partially to blame for this, but I couldn't get out my needs quick enough before the gal was checking on a one night stay, when I needed two nights.) Not a big deal, but would save you folks as well as myself time to just ask all the info at the beginning of the conversation. Also, I was a bit surprised to find that we had a handicapped room reserved for our stay. It didn't turn out to be a problem, as both my daughter and I take showers (there was no tub and a hand shower wand), the set-up (counter space) was different because of this. It was SUPER nice having the trail ride booked at Yahoo Coral's.
