Comments: We were confirmed for a King exucutive suite. When we arrived they did not have this room and put us in a queen single with out microwave, chair or refridgerator as confirmed. No one acted as if this mattered at all or was any big deal. It was! The billing was wrong and in order to get it corrected the desk clerk made us drive across town to get a refund. InIdaho Ed. Note: It was a very big deal to us and guest was credited for part of their stay.
