Comments: I had difficulty when I dealt with one person of your staff...she seemed to have other things she'd rather be doing than "wasting" time with my questions.... however, my final phonecall I was pleased to have someone helpful on the other end who seemed to have much first-hand knowledge of the area and hotels.
