Garbage piled up and towels were at a minimum. There was one washer & 3 dryers in the complex which you had to share with the maids. Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: Highly recommend Pennays first for the grace and hospitality of its owners and management. They went out fo the way to help me have a great time at Sun Valley. Proximity to the mountain is great. The accomodations are well maintained and very comfortable. As far as Ketchum goes the price was good. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit after 6 days rafting.
