The clerk confused us by a person with the same last name and insisted we were the one for a quoted price of $89.00 plus tax for our stay even though we had a confirmed price of $68.00 plus tax. It took us over 30 minutes and after the clerk called the Manager that indeed our price was $68.00 plus tax and me showing her the receipt from you. The clerk said she confused us with another Bailey who was either checking in the same night or another night. We are still not sure on how she could confuse the issue. Other than the problem checking our stay was pleasant.
