Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: Don't let the price stop you. The luxury was equal to Whitetail, but a fraction of the price for what you get. It is an awesome floorplan because there are two large bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Each downstairs bedroom had a large flat screen t.v. The condo appeared to be brand new. The furniture in every room seemed to be brand new. Leather, ski lamps and a lot of retro McCall pictures. All of the bedding, towels, dishes and appliances were very high end. There were 4 flat screen televisions total and a brand new hot tub with a lightshow option to use at night. Every corner and wall was beautifully decorated. The garage was heated and a guy showed up in the morning to shovel the walk and driveway. Gorgeous views and lots of hooks to hang ski coats. Brand new washer and dryer. We had a total blast and will be booking the property in the future. I'm picky and there was NOTHING remotely negative about this one. We also had to request space heaters for the downstairs bedrooms. Sleeping at night was hardest even though there are fans. The master bedroom needs a light blanket for the bed, because at night you are either too warm or late at night if you open the windows you get too cold and the comforter is too much during the s ummer. I walked in and was amazed at such a perfect set up. In this particular model I believe air conditioning is a must. Late afternoons were unbearable and we would have to leave until the sun went behind the other condos for it to cool down. (I should get a refund for the hours we could not tolerate being inside.) An iron would be nice and cable (although I understand it was connected after we left).
