Our ability to get snowmobiles and all the gear needed(suits, helmets, gloves, boots) at one location was very convenient and a big plus. We booked a half day ride and while on the mountain decided to ride all day. The staff was very accomodating and allowed us to keep them all day with no hassles. My only complaint would be that we reserved 8 of the 550 machines and had a few more experienced riders who wanted to upgrade to the 800 machines. I called the day before to ask if we could switch a few of them out only to find the staff somewhat unwilling to do so since the 550 machines were already loaded. We told them not to worry about it but I personally would've gone the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. Note: our experienced riders were pleasantly surprised with the power of the 550's.

We about froze standing out listening to the guy explain how much the parts cost if we were to break something. We are all snowmobile people and appreciate what he was saying BUT it was way to much and to long.

Working with Cheap Thrills was economical and easy. I was surprised that they provided all the snowmobile gear as well from head to toe. It was so convenient to get the gear thru them and just drive up to start snowmobiling.

If you rent waverunners from Cheap Thrills be prepared for close to an hour of safety and care instruction. It took so much time that I will look for another rental agency in the future.

The staff at Cheap Thrills are wonderful! They made several trips back to the shop for us to exchange life jackets and tubes and did so cheerfully. I wish them well and hope they continue to serve the McCall area with friendly staff and excellent equipment.
