Overall Ranking out of 5		Villager product reviewed:  Unit 1274 (DUP) Comments: The unit is nice other than for the fact that the bed in the masterbedroom is very uncomfortable and has a big sag in the middle. My wife and I had difficulty sleeping given how uncomfortable the bed was. The door for the master bedroom does not close completely and will not lock, which is important if you have young children that don't knock before entering the room. The batteries were dead in all of the remote controls for the TVs. We had to call twice to even get picked up -- late !!! You should recommend people not count on it (or get the Resort to fix it !!) The kitchen was cramped and there were no filters for the coffee maker (but there was a coffee grinder). The master bedroom got very hot at night. There were many movies, puzzles and some games to enjoy while there. We also liked the location of this unit within the Villager Development. There were small bits of trash in several places around the condo and a pair of underwear in the washing machine. The condo was supposed to have a mid-week mini cleaning, and no one ever showed up. The condo was well furnished and clean. The service we received from InIdaho was excellent. My questions were answered completely and quickly by your staff; you even went the extra mile by offering to get Dahli Lama tickets while we were there, including a personal phone call. The kitchen was small, but it had a large variety of kitchen utensils. The fireplace was very nice. It was cozy and very comfortable.
