Luxury West Ketchum Unit! Located near the River Run lifts, this inviting, fully updated three bedroom/two bath condo will sleep seven comfortably. This second floor unit is bright and expansive, with an open floor plan, beautiful hard wood flooring and comfortable seating in front of a fireplace and flat screen television. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, bar seating for three and is open to the formal dining area with seating for six. The master suite with king size bed and flat screen television is also located on the main level and has a deluxe bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and walk in closet.
An open staircase in the living area leads upstairs to the additional bedrooms and laundry room. The first guest room has a queen size bed and walk in closet; the second room has two twin beds and a twin trundle bed and there is a full bath in the hallway between them. Other amenities include high speed Internet and a single car garage. Guests also have convenient access to the River Run lifts and bike path. To help maintain the beauty of this property smoking and pets are not allowed.

25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
