Description
PLATINIUM UNIT
This tri-level luxury town home is in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run area convenient to the lifts and one block from the Bigwood River. This spacious town home features a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with the living, dining, kitchen areas and Master bedroom suite that offers a King bed and spacious Roman whirlpool tub. The great room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 54" Plasma TV/DVD/CD system, ample sunshine with the floor to ceiling windows, 2 large decks, a formal dining area that seats 6, additional seating for 3 at the granite breakfast bar and the kitchen has top of the line appliances including, subzero, double ovens and a Thermador 6 burner gas range. The third level has an enormous bedroom with 4 sets of twin bunk beds and its own en-suite full bath. The ground level guest bedrooms both have King Beds and en-suite full baths. There is also a powder room on this level, a laundry/mud room and access to the heated 2 car garage. This luxury home sleeps 14 and is perfect for a large family or group.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
