Unit 132 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
(VISA or MC only) 50% deposit due at time of reservation and necessary to confirm reservation dates. Reservation is to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be given up to 45 days prior to arrival on cancellations received in writing. If cancellation should occur less than 45 days from check-in date, occupant will forfeit full rental amount. All valid cancellations will be subject to a $250 processing fee. (May vary with specials & packages)
