Description

This two-bedroom, ground level condominium is centrally located in the Horizons complex close to the summer pool and year-round hot tub & sauna. The River Run location provides good access to the ski lifts and downtown restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and easy chairs, a gas log fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD/CD stereo. While not large in terms of square footage, the unit has a spacious feel. Families with kids will appreciate the easy access to the summer pool, which is a short walk away and visible from the dining area. In the summer, it has a large deck and BBQ for casual dining and relaxing. This unit has been rated "silver" by the management company.

Unit 153 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
