This four bedroom, three bathroom Dollar Meadows condo is in the perfect location for your Sun Valley getaway. Dollar Meadows 1365 is just an easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge, Village, Ice Skating Rink, Symphony Pavilion, shopping, and restaurants.
In the winter, guests are directly across the street from the Dollar Mountain for snow sports. If guests prefer a larger mountain, Bald Mountain is about 2.8 miles away. Guests have access to the free shuttle service to the River Run Lodge for ski lifts.
Summer guests will enjoy the large deck with patio furnishings and gas grill. Full Sun Valley amenities are included with use of year round heated pools, Jacuzzi and sauna plus seasonal amenities, which include the Olympic pool, tennis, and golf.
The condo has been tastefully updated and features a gourmet kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. The dining area is a few steps away and has seating for 7. The living room lets in ample natural light and there is a separate den with a flat screen TV and a queen sofa bed and full bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other two have two twin beds in each. Both twin beds are bridgeable. The master is on the third floor with a queen bed, a beautiful updated en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.
For your convenience, this condo also has a washer and dryer.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
