Description
This three-story townhouse with 2,000 sq feet of living space is located in West Ketchum close to River Run lifts and the bike path. This unit offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and will sleep 8 people comfortably. The living room with flat-screen TV, DVD and gas fireplace; along with the kitchen and dining area for eight are located on the middle level. There are two stairways from this level to the top level where the master bedroom with a king, en-suite bath, TV, as well as a gas log fireplace. Upstairs there is also a guest bedroom with a set of Twin bunk beds, private bath and TV.
A guest bedroom with a queen bed and bath is located on the lower level, along with a laundry area w/stackable washer and dryer as well as access to the one-car garage and private hot tub. There is high speed Internet as well as Wi-Fi.

25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
