Description

This 2,083sq. ft. condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and wonderful views of the Elkhorn Golf Course from both decks. This large, fully appointed unit includes 4 TVs stereo, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a second fireplace that is shared by the living and dining room area.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, a jetted tub and sauna. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom, plus there is a powder room.

Guests have access to the complex's hot tub, plus the use of Elkhorn Center amenities, as well as single underground parking space with an elevator to this second-floor unit.

Community amenities provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the Spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
