Description

This 1,974 square foot condo has spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course, has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and deluxe furnishings. The unit was completely remodeled in 2012 with beautiful hardwood floors, granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances, a gas fireplace, new windows with plantation shutters, and luxurious marble bathrooms. The deck off of the living room and guest room face onto open space and allow for wonderful natural light.

All three bedrooms are luxurious suites. The master bedroom has a king bed, two walk-in closets, flat screen HDTV, and connecting bath with a gorgeous marble shower and separate whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom, just off of the living room, has a king bed, flat screen HDTV, walk-in closet and a sophisticated en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen size bed and a plush en suite bathroom.

Unit 302 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
