Description

This 3-bedroom townhome has beautiful views of the Salmon River Range and Lake Cascade. The main level has an attached garage, full bath, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen as well as an outdoor deck with furniture and grill. The deck has both a gas grill and a ceramic lump coal burning smoker/BBQ. There is a 55" LED Flat screen TV w/cable, DVD player and surround sound as well as a pellet stove and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The upstairs master suite has king bed, TV with DVD player and full bath with soaker tub and tiled shower. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV. There is a shared full bath between the rooms. Walkout to the patio and enjoy the private hot tub. There is a full size washer/dryer as well as internet and cable TV. This is a pet friendly home. There is an Apple TV for guest with IPhone, IPad or computer running ITunes to stream music or movies from your apple devices to the TV. Homeowner has provided pellets.

Clearwater 78 (First Chair) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Renter must be at least 21 years old to reserve. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If you cancel immediately you will incur a 6% processing fee. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival you will forfeit the deposit. The final payment is due 30 Days prior to arrival. Once Final payment has been taken the reservation is nonrefundable. If you cancel at any time there is a $100 booking fee. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
