You'll also find the Lakefront Bar and Grill, conveniently within walking distance as well. Tamarack Resort is easily accessible at a distance of approximately 20 miles. The residence is conveniently positioned just 1 mile from town and a mere 15 minutes from Kelly's Whitewater Park.
Nestled within a serene neighborhood, this pet-friendly house offers a peaceful atmosphere. The back patio provides a comfortable space to unwind, while the front sitting area offers stunning mountain views.
Embrace a plethora of summer activities including water skiing, hiking, biking, and sailing. As winter sets in, engage in ice fishing and snowshoeing.
Things to Note: There is one a/c unit on the main level.
Parking Notes: Single-car garage and parking space for a trailer. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
