Description:
Serene, spacious, and sunlit, this charming, chalet-style home is ready to welcome you and your guests to the beautiful Panhandle of North Idaho! Venture out a bit and discover a variety of local attractions at your fingertips including Lakeview Park, Action Water Sports, Sandpoint City Beach Park, and the Pend d'Oreille Bay Trail, all less than five miles from your door!

Start with your covered and furnished front porch where you can fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu, kick back and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail, or enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub.

Inside, this home features a great room comprised of a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an intimate table for two, and a living area with a soaring ceiling, a gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

This home also comes with a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a convenient desk and chair in the loft for your laptop.

Parking Notes: 1 vehicle
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
