Description:
You couldn't ask for a lovelier view than the one from this spacious home, sitting right on the shore of the Pend Oreille River. Start the day with coffee on the deck, enjoying the sunrise over the water. Inside, you'll find vaulted, knotty-pine ceilings, an open layout, and lots of space to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for six, or pull up a barstool for a casual snack.
After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or exploring nearby Sandpoint, come home to get cozy in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include free WiFi, a streaming-capable TV, and board games, but evenings are best spent outside, enjoying that gorgeous view. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner and have a nighttime soak in the waterfront hot tub as the stars come out - another day, and another view, await tomorrow.
Things to Note: Water access is only guaranteed July - Mid-September.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
