Description:
This beautiful, newly-built cabin is located in Spring Mountain Ranch and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and soaring vaulted ceilings. This neighborhood gives you access to the amenities at the Spring Mountain Ranch Clubhouse, which include a seasonal pool, hot tub, steam room, workout facilities, and seasonal tennis courts.
There is a bright, open-concept kitchen and living for entertaining or gathering with family and friends, great lighting, new high-end appliances, and a real stone wood-burning fireplace in the great room to top it all off after a long day of adventure and fun in McCall.
There are two large decks to gather and grill up your favorite meal, or relax and enjoy the mountain air.
Parking Notes: Extra-large and deep garage, making plenty of room for parking vehicles and all of your outdoor gear and toys! Street parking is prohibited - guests must park in the driveway or garage.
Things to Note: This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
