Description:
This modern cabin is located south of Cascade, near Clear Creek Station, a little over an hour north of Boise and Eagle, and close to the popular Cabarton rafting put in area on the Payette River.
The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa, a cozy propane fireplace, and ample windows where morning sunlight floods in. It can get a little chilly in the mountains, so after a day on the lake or the slopes, make yourself some coffee, turn up the fire, settle into the comfy couch, and enjoy a home cooked meal together. If it's warm, outside, you'll find it easy to relax and gaze at the stars in the large yard and roast s'mores over the seasonal fire pit. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: Does NOT accept AMEX. A $500.00 Refundable security deposit will be charged at the time of booking plus half of the lodging total (minimum $500 due to book). Final payment/balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel at any point you forfeit a $50 cancel/bookkeeping fee. In the event that Renter cancels the reservation more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, then Renter shall pay a cancellation fee that is equal to 5% of the Rental Fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of the reservation (minus the $500 security deposit). You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately to protect against unforeseeable cancellations. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out: 4:00pm/10:00am for larger properties; 11:00am for others
Check in Location: Guests will receive address & directions to the property at time of booking. Each home has a lock box with code to get the keys & packet.
