With an open floor plan, plenty of off-street parking, use of a single-car garage (see notes at bottom for garage access), and a large well-designed kitchen loaded with counter space, The Smitty Place is perfect for larger families and groups! Amazon Fire/YouTube TV, WiFi, and an upstairs entertainment area with a combo pool/air hockey table that ensures everyone in the group has space to relax or be entertained.

The main floor includes the kitchen with high-end appliances including a wine fridge, 30-inch Kitchenaid Dual Fuel Stove, and two sinks for easy prep. There is also bar seating for four, a dining nook with seating for six, the living room with a propane fireplace and Amazon Fire/YouTube TV, one queen bedroom, one bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a full bathroom with double vanities. Also accessed on the main floor is the laundry room, located in the garage.

Upstairs you enter the loft entertainment area with a large Amazon Fire/YouTube TV and movie watching area with oversized leather couches and a combo pool/air hockey table. Through the entertainment area is one queen bedroom with a private balcony, one king bedroom with a large walk-in closet/office and plenty of space for a portable crib, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

The fenced backyard includes a lawn, patio with outdoor furniture (seasonal), a covered deck with a large propane BBQ, seasonal fire pit, and room to play!

Bring your toys and trailers - there is room to park your toy hauler and boat trailer plus cars on the driveway. The HUGE entry and mudroom area gives you a place to store your gear and toys AND includes four bikes for your use during your stay.

Please note: The use of a single-car garage is only available in the months when there is no snow (one bay is reserved for owners) and the large driveway provides plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and toy trailers. Ample space for boat and snowmobile trailer parking. Both the garage driveway and side driveway are plowed in the winter.

To reserve this home, there must be an adult of 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
