This lovely Ketchum home is perfect for your next getaway. You can even bring along your canine friend. On a beautiful summer evening, relax out on the deck and take in the wonderful mountain view while dinner sizzles away on the gas grill. In the winter, after a day on the slopes, you can come back and ease those tired muscles in the private hot tub!
Bald Mountain at River Run is just over a half a mile away. Walk to Downtown Ketchum, half a mile away, and enjoy dining, shopping, and a variety of entertainment. You can head into Sun Valley, 2 miles away. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
