Description:
Tucked away in the pines near the shores of Lake Cascade, this secluded home is perfect for your next retreat. Follow the half-mile path to enjoy private access to a beach for fun days of swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding or recline on the expansive deck and admire the surrounding woods with your dog at your feet. Each evening, you can grill your summertime favorites, sit down for a game of poker with the adults, and leave the kids to play a little foosball downstairs.
This retreat consists of 3 bedrooms, a den, and a loft that will accommodate up to 12 people. The loft is where you will find the master's quarters, with an en-suite, open concept, a bathroom that has a jetted tub.
Head to the main level of this home and you will find the living area, kitchen, a poker table, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom located between these two bedrooms.
The lower level consists of the last bedroom, with a queen bed, and the den, which has a queen bed and a twin bed for extra sleeping space. There is another shared bathroom on this floor, along with the laundry room that has a foosball table as well.
Please note this home does not have Wi-Fi but will be coming soon.
Dedicated spaces: 4. Shore Drive is not paved. Reaching the house will require a vehicle made for this terrain. Parking is available for trailers. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
