Located in Elkhorn Village, a golf community two miles from Sun Valley Resort's Dollar Mountain, Crown Ranch 4 offers all that Sun Valley has to offer.
Reminiscent of a Western Lodge, this three-level home welcomes guests to a two-story great room with a wall of windows revealing aspen trees and mountains in the distance. A wrap-around sofa and two reimagined, mid-century-inspired lounge chairs sit beside a wood-burning fireplace.
In the gourmet kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a dual-range oven, and granite countertops. Seat up to eight guests at the hardwood dining table, or on the deck at a picnic-style dining table. Four stools at the breakfast bar add seating for large groups.
The deck also features a cushioned sitting area for relaxed summer evenings or apres-ski and a gas grill. Each uniquely styled bedroom has a picture window and a private bathroom.
The master bedroom, the only room on the top level, has a private balcony accessed through French doors, a wall-mounted TV, a reading chair, and a built-in library. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a bathtub, and a step-in shower.
On the main level, you'll find the second bedroom, which has a queen bed. This room is styled in Western lodge decor with vintage photographs and decor, this room has vaulted ceilings, a large closet, and a picture window with mountain views. Guests have a private bathroom in the hall with a combination shower/tub.
On the lower level, you'll find the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed. This room features vintage ski equipment and hand-crafted furniture, including a hardwood reading chair. Guests have a private entrance to the covered patio and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The fourth bedroom sleeps three between a twin-over-full Captain's bunk and a full-size trundle bed. Styled with vintage ski decor and an oversized bean bag chair, the room also has a private entrance to the patio and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub.
There is a spacious laundry room on the main level with a high-end washer and dryer and shelves to store outdoor equipment adding convenience.
Things to Note: This home does have access to Harker Center amenities. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
