$59 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.

This lovely, pet-friendly home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests in three upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs lounge. There is a spacious master suite with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk sets. There is a convenient hall access bathroom with a shower/tub combo for both guest rooms to share. The downstairs blue pine bedroom and lounge (den) has a big screen TV and a quality memory foam sofa sleeper for an additional two guests.

The downstairs living room features comfy seating and an electric fireplace insert for warmth and ambiance. There is a hall-access guest bathroom downstairs as well. The home features clean, radiant floor heat throughout the downstairs and wall convection heaters upstairs. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating memorable meals for family and friends. Take the party outdoors and have the grill master cook up something on the gas BBQ. Guests will appreciate the bug-free, screened-in porch for al fresco dining. Lounge, sunbathe, or take in an alpine sunset on the raised deck, or enjoy the established lawn, fully fenced yard, and the seasonal fire pit

Things to Note: There are 3 bicycles and helmets available for guest use; two adult-size bikes and one smaller bike that would fit a young teen. There is a PlayStation for guest use.
