Description:
This is the ideal lakefront vacation getaway for a large family or group of friends. Your group will have access to a private beach and boat dock. Whether you want to relax on the beach, go out on your boat or even play on the small putting green located on the property, there is something for everyone to do.
This immaculate home is two levels. On the main floor you will find the common areas, along with one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a half bath and a full bath located on this floor as well. All other bedrooms and bathrooms, including the master bedroom, will be located on the second floor.
You'll also enjoy luxuries like a private sauna, horseshoe pits, bocce ball court, tetherball and gourmet kitchen. There is also a PlayStation 3 located in the bunk/game room.
There will be wood provided for the outdoor (seasonal) fire pit.
Parking: There is one space in the garage and 3 spaces available in the driveway. Trailers are okay, pending size. No RVs. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
