Description:
The Crescent Cabin is a great space for multiple families or groups of friends looking for the perfect rental with lots of space for everyone. The home has a large deck with built-in benches all around the edge plus a table, chairs and propane fire pit as well as a covered porch area for the BBQ grill - great for any season! This home can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Bring your furry friend too! (One dog allowed with an add'l nightly fee).

The living, dining, and kitchen area are all open and perfect for entertaining. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with cable for evenings watching movies. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has lots of work space including an elevated bar area, gas range, farm-style sink, dishwasher, and microwave. Everything a cook could want! The bar area has seating for four plus the adjacent dining area has seating for six more guests at the table. From the dining area, there is access to the back deck and access to a separate mudroom with hooks for storing jackets and a bench - a great space to drop off muddy or wet clothes.

The main level features one of the master suites with a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the main level off the hallway is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower (main level guest bath) plus a large laundry room with a second fridge, sink, workspace counter, and washer/dryer. Other great features include Wi-Fi and a DVD player.

Head upstairs to find the second master suite with king bed, attached bathroom with double sink vanity and tub/shower combo plus a separate office space. Bedroom 3, upstairs, features a double bed plus a futon. Bedroom 4, also upstairs, features a twin bed, a futon, and a wall-mounted TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo in the hallway that both the guest rooms have access to. There is a full roll-a-way bed in one of the closets of this home.

This two-level house overlooks Payette Lake and is only a mile-and-a-half drive from beach and lake access at Rotary Park or slightly farther to get up to North Beach lake access. Downtown McCall is a quick 2.5-mile drive. Please Note: there is no direct lake or beach access from this home.

Please note: Please do not disturb neighbors. Parks 2 to 3 cars (2 if you have a trailer). No garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
