$49 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.

Description:
Hilltop Lodge is spacious (approx. 1845 sq. ft) with lots of rustic charm. It can accommodate up to 8-guests in 3.5- bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Soak in the summer sun on the large, southeast facing deck with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ for cookouts. The northwest facing patio has mudroom and garage access plus an outdoor hot tub looking out to the wooded, backyard.
The living area is open to the dining space and kitchen and features a big screen TV and pellet stove as well as central heat and A/C! The kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with seating for four while the dining area has seating for six guests. The upstairs loft is open to the living area below and features a sitting area, big-screen TV and Queen sofa sleeper. There are two other guest rooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two adult-sized Twin beds and a full shared bathroom. The main level Master Suite features a Queen bed plus attached bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom with hallway access plus a utility room with full-size washer and dryer.
This home has parking for 2-3 vehicles, but because of the steep driveway, snow tires or 4-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months (must be good at backing/maneuvering trailers, especially in winter months). The home is centrally located for easy access to the McCall Golf Course, downtown McCall and Payette Lake, but is nestled in a private and serene setting. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
