This home is nestled near Highway 55, surrounded by pine trees in the middle of a private 80-acre ranch that overlooks Lake Cascade's Sugarloaf Island. There is a beautiful spot at the top of the mountain where you can see Brundage Ski Resort, Tamarack, and nearly all of the 47 square miles of Cascade Lake. There are also miles of trails that are excellent for mountain biking and hiking!
You'll have an office/library, a kitchen with marble countertops and upscale appliances, and ample parking for vehicles and trailers. Absolutely no motorized vehicles are allowed on the property (ie: ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or snowmobiles).
There are 4 bedrooms and a loft. The master sleeping area is in the loft space. There is also a separate sleeping area in the loft space for additional people. The main floor has a bedroom with a single queen bed. All other bedrooms are located on the lower level.
This is a pet-friendly property but we do require pre-approval on all pets. Due to the size of the cabin, it's a stricter pet policy, so normally dogs that shed a lot are denied due to the amount of time it takes to clean. There is also a pet fee, per dog. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
