$39 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.
$25 → Pet Fee: Pet fee is per dog/per night. Two dogs max (prior approval required for more than 2 dogs).

Description:
Beautiful log cabin located on a large corner lot in a forested setting. Great yard and landscaping with north and east-facing decks, gas BBQ, and covered private hot tub. This cabin also allows dogs with an additional nightly fee.

The living area features a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows facing out to the beautiful yard and forest beyond. Relax on the comfortable leather couches and oversized chairs while enjoying the view and the rustic elegance of the space. The entertainment center has a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The home also features WIFI for staying connected. The dining area adjacent to the living room can seat six guests along with counter dining for a few more. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining during the warmer months. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for cooking meals in including a dishwasher.

The 1392 sq. foot cabin can accommodate up to 8 guests with 2.5-bedrooms and 2-baths. Air conditioning will keep everyone cool when the temperatures rise in the summer. On the main level is a bunk room with an adult-sized twin-over-full bunk set and access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Head up the spiral staircase to the loft sleeping area where you'll find a twin day bed along with a recessed bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom. (Please note: the spiral staircase is narrow and the recessed bedroom does not have a closing door).

Other great features of this property include a large circular driveway for easy access and plenty of vehicle and trailer parking for your boat or snowmobiles. The outdoor fire pit is seasonal (subject to USFS fire restrictions) and includes seating, great for an evening telling stories or roasting marshmallows. Guests will also enjoy the game room with pool and foosball, ceiling fans throughout plus a washer/dryer. Bring your bikes and walking shoes - this is in a great neighborhood for walking and cycling, less than 1/4 mile to the North Valley Bike and Hiking Trail. Payette River access is also nearby. Downtown McCall and Payette Lake is a quick 5-miles away. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
