Perfect for family getaways and ski-cations, this home is a rustic escape full of antler sheds, animal hides, decorative stone flooring, and vaulted ceilings.
Settle in around the wood-burning fireplace for a movie night on the large flat-screen TV, and enjoy access to Ping-Pong and Foosball tables for fun competition. At mealtime, prepare your homemade favorites using stainless steel appliances, and gather at the breakfast bar or in the stylish dining room with slate flooring and a table for six.
Outside, this home features a wrap-around deck, a seasonal fire pit, and two gas grills for summertime cookouts.
Warren Wagon House is an ideal basecamp for those seeking both outdoor adventure and close proximity to the conveniences of town. The private neighborhood beach on Payette Lake is located a quarter-mile up the road, where you can sail, jet ski, or sunbathe. In the winter, pack your skis and your snowboards for a visit to Brundage Mountain Resort, just 10 miles north. The heart of downtown McCall is three miles south, and Burgdorf Hot Springs awaits 28 miles north.
Things to Note: This home recently installed a hot tub (updated photos to come). This home sleeps eight in beds but will allow up to ten guests.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"Great for two families with kids. Nice open outdoor space with fire pit and nice back porch. House is well stocked and has lots of space. May consider bringing drinking water and not washing clothes as the well water has a strong taste and color(yellow) for drinking and will turn white clothes yellow in the washer."
