Description:
Pinecone Haven is nestled in the trees and within walking distance to downtown and the marina. This home features an open floor plan with four bedrooms and two baths. The dining area will seat 10-12. The loft area has a card game table, as well as two balcony decks, one is off of the queen bedroom. The front deck and large back deck are on the main level.
To get to all of the bedrooms you must go up 3-4 stairs. There is one bedroom on the main level, the rest are upstairs.

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)

"All was very good, would have been nice if the parking lot was plowed better and if the cabin had a snow shovel so we could have kept the entry cleaner up"
