This beautiful 4.5 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the Meadow Creek Golf Course in New Meadows. It has a very nice open living room upstairs with a dining room table that seats 6 people. Great woodwork throughout the kitchen and home with fantastic views! This house has granite countertops and a wood burning stove upstairs in the living room. Enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the mountains and golf course. Outside is a BBQ and lots of seating. The house is also well stocked with games and books.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main living floor including the master bedroom which has its own bathroom with shower and tub. Downstairs is a kids dream...Flat screen TV, WII, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Ping Pong. The bonus room area downstairs has two sets of Twin bunk beds and a pull out couch in the sitting area. The laundry area is downstairs as well as a bathroom. There is one full bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed plus another Double size bed in an alcove by the air hockey table.
Access to Meadow Creek amenities including pool, hot tub and tennis court plus the golf course is right on-site. Additional fees for golf apply.

On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
