Description:
Hawks Nest is a two story home that is 1850 sq ft with a spacious great room, dining room and kitchen on the entry level. The great room has a large river rock (gas) fireplace. A large deck looks towards the lake and has filtered and/or direct views of the lake from different parts of the deck. The home was built in 1998. In 2012/2013, an extensive remodel was done with new bathroom fixtures, counters and floors, a new entryway floor, and new kitchen appliances along with new kitchen counters and flooring.

The First floor or entry level houses the great room, dining room, and kitchen with a small powder room. The Middle floor has two bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with a Queen/Twin bunk. The Lower floor also has two bedrooms, one King with a private bath and another King which has access to the separate lower floor bathroom with a tile shower. These lower floor bedrooms feature french doors that lead onto a common deck.

Located 120 feet from the lake, it sits above and behind the Frederick Lake Lodge.
