Description:
This older home is located on the north end of Payette Lake. It has great views and is an excellent value for small families wanting to stay on the lake. There is a dock with decks overlooking the lake. The home has a rustic feel.
Both bedrooms in this cabin are on the lower level (downstairs), each with a single queen bed. The loft area has two twin beds. The loft does require a ladder/stair-like entry, which may not be suitable for younger children.
The dock can typically accommodate a 20-foot boat. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"Our weekend honeymoon was fantastic at Huckleberry Rose. It's farther up the road than I thought, which ended up being so nice and quiet. Beautiful views of the lake for sunrise and sunset, even for the supermoon! Only downside, would have loved to have the fire going, but we couldn't figure out how to work it!"

"This is a cute cabin! The view is fantastic! The kitchen is well-equipped. The two bedrooms require going up and down stairs, which was no problem for us, but may be a problem for elderly. The beds were very comfy. It has two bathrooms: one with a shower stall, and one with a claw-footed tub that is great for a hot soak! The loft access is a ladder-like stairway. We really enjoyed the deck and dock and was easy to get the boat into the water from North Beach which is only a few miles away. The 10am check-out is too early (11am or noon would be better): but that is really our only complaint. "

"The cabin was nice and had a great view. However, it did have a strong musty smell and the fridge temp had been set too high and froze a lot of our food. "
