Salmon River Experience Description:
A message from Chuck Boyd - We first applied for our outfitters' license in 1978 with the goal of providing the highest quality, affordable whitewater adventures available, which were both fun and adventurous while at the same time sensitive to the cultural and environmental needs of the river. Twenty two years later much has changed at SRE, but not our original mission. We continue to work hard to both promote and preserve Idaho's austere backcountry. We are active volunteers on local and regional tourism committees which promote responsible enjoyment of our natural resources. We work hand in hand with land management agencies conserving our resources and are proud to offer eco-study/preservation workshops on the Salmon River. SRE guides are knowledgeable, friendly professionals who are affiliated with education or are otherwise trained in outdoor leadership. We have an excellent safety record and provide comprehensive pretrip safety talks. Last year, over three thousand guests joined us for an SRE adventure; over 90% of those guests were repeats, referrals, and their friends. Their patronage makes all of our planning and hard work very worthwhile; we sincerely appreciate their loyalty. If you are already part of our rafting family, "Thank you!" If you're a new acquaintance, "Welcome to SALMON RIVER EXPERIENCE."

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is due at booking. Written notice received at least 10 weeks prior to launch constitutes a full refund, less $25 per person cancellation fee. Written notice received between 4 to 10 weeks prior to launch date will constitute a 50% forfeiture of trip price. Due to our modest pricing structure, limited space and planning needs, we regret no refunds can be given on cancellations received within 4 weeks of your trip. Our cancellation policy applies in every instance and there will be no exceptions for any reason. We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance for a modest fee from your travel agent. (May vary with
packages)
