"Nice unit. Could have been much cleaner. Floors and table & counters in the kitchen were sticky and dirty. Could have had more seating in the living room. Only seats for 4. Sleeps 6-8. I rank it a 4 out 5."

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary
