"I had a great room with a view of River Run.Very close to the River Run base lodge,I can walk it in 7 minutes,with my boots in my pack.
The staff at Best Western basically left me alone,they let me bring in my own microwave.TV was good,free breakfast was great!And two blocks from town.Can walk to Main st.Ketchum in two minutes.I didn't need to drive anywhere.I would stay there again but next time I'll use the free shuttle buses to travel to the Warm Springs side of the ski mountain.But I still love that I could walk to the lift at River Run,change into my ski boots at the lodge and stash my park inside the lodge,they have free lockers to keep your street shoes Etc.Thanks Tim I rank it a 5

Best Western Tyrolean Lodge Description:
The Best Western Tyrolean Lodge, the closest hotel to the River Run Plaza and ski lifts, is four walking blocks to downtown Ketchum where there are over 60 restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. It is 300 yards from world class skiing, 2 miles from superb golf, tennis, and fishing.
Great for families, this Best Western has laundry facilities, a sauna, game room, and an outdoor heated pool. Continental breakfast (includes hot waffles) is provided. This three story hotel does not have an elevator.
This property underwent a complete renovation in spring 2004 with new bedding, linens, paint, and carpet. New upgraded linens with down comforters were added the winter of 2008.

 Cancellation Policy**: Winter reservations: there will be no charge if room is cancelled as follows: 7 days prior during Nov 11-Dec 16 and March 26-April 30, 14 days prior during Jan 1 to March 25, 30 days prior during Dec 16 - Dec 31 (3 night minimum). If cancellations are cancelled within the above set cancel policy reservations are subject to full forfeiture. Summer reservations have a 72 hour cancel policy except during the 4th of July holiday and Wagon Days. During 4th of July weekend, June 30-July 4 the cancellation policy is 14 days and there will be a 2 night minimum. During Wagon Days weekend, September 1st, 2nd, 3rd the cancellation policy is 14 days, full prepayment will be required 14 days prior to arrival, and there will be a 3 night minimum. (May vary with
packages or online bookings)
